That really depends. If, judging by your name, you’d like to go on and study veterinary medicine at university, then I can advise you based on what I studied. I found science and maths were very useful, and I also studied these for my A-levels. Most of the vet schools I applied to asked for at least a couple of the sciences (Biology and Chemistry usually, not Physics).

It really helps to be able to choose something you’re interested in too, but for something like veterinary medicine, having a good grasp of basic principles of Biology (e.g. mammal biology, how different organs work, how we breathe, things like that) and Chemistry (e.g. how different elements interact and combine, properties of different types of elements and compounds, reaction types, etc) is really useful.

I found that by the time I’d finished my GCSEs, I had a better idea of what I really found interesting and what I wanted/needed to study at A-level in order to have a good chance at being accepted to a vet school.
