• Question: how long do you think it will take, if at all, for scientists to fully understand the brain.

      It’s very difficult to put a time frame on something like that. The brain is such a complex organ that it is likely to take a long time to completely understand it. I think we have a good grasp at the moment – we understand where things like emotion come from, how we feel and interpret pain, make decisions, solve problems, and so on.

      The brain is like a computer that changes with a different generation. The basic ability of the brain is to process information and to remember and this has been almost fully studied Other functions of the brain such as why left-handed people are more intelligent or why some people are gay due to different changes in their brain will need to be fully studied. One can never totally fully understand a constantly changing brain,
