  Honestly – we don’t know the answer to this really. One of the defining features of a black hole is the event horizon – once something crosses this point, it can’t come back again. This makes it very difficult to know for certain what is inside a black hole.
  
  There is a theory that wormholes exist – a “tunnel” between two openings in space. Some scientists think that these might be something we could go into and come back out of again
