• Question: What is your favourite thing about the ecosystem

      There are many different types of ecosystem, depending on where you work and what you study. Personally, I work in rivers a lot of the time, so I really like these ecosystems in particular. There is a buzz of activity around them for most of the year, with loads of different plants and animals in and around the water.

      I like the supportive role the eco-system plays in terms of nutrient provision and regulation of cycles like the water cycle.
