Question: what was your favourite project and what did it consist of ?

When I was doing my masters degree, I spent a month out in Iceland. We were studying the effects of water temperature on a few groups of organisms – fish, insects and algae. It was a beautiful place to work, and the river system we were working in was really cool – it was geothermally heated, which means the streams were all heated to different temperatures by energy/heat from the earth. It was a really unique place to work 🙂
