Question: What was your motivation to start this project?

The project was advertised – I applied for it and had an interview. When I chatted to the interviewers, I could seetl that I’d be a very good fit for the project and knew I’d really enjoy working here, so that motivated me to do as well as I could during the interview and get picked!
